The gameplay offers us nothing unusual. You should roam the halls and rooms of the hotel looking for hidden items that can help you save yourself. There is an unlimited number of hints in case you get stuck, but don’t use too many of them, cause it can affect your total score. After each level you can play various mini-games, like fitting together a jigsaw puzzle, untangling ropes, and many others.

It’s impossible not to mention some significant drawbacks of Haunted Hotel hidden object game. The gameplay suffers from poor localization into English. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to understand what is going on in the game due to missing words, illogical tense shifts and numerous grammatical errors.

The graphics and other production values also look very cheap. Specialbit Company could have used a few more months of fine-tweaking before releasing the game. Anyway, if you are a fan of the genre you should give Haunted Hotel a chance, and maybe you’ll like it!
