New York Mysteries: High Voltage

In this game you get to travel back in time and visit the Sing Sing Prison. In 1950s the weird phenomenon took place there – the security guards were attacked by some strange force. Some time later the similar events started to happen in the city of New York, and you are called to investigate. In our opinion this plot is just fantastic, very captivating and mysterious. Flawless cut-scenes, amazing voiceovers just made this adventure even better.

Visually High Voltage is a very appealing game for pc/mac. The events take place in New York and almost all locations are real-life locations. This game is like a breath of fresh air after all these dark houses and mansions full of ghosts. Graphics are pure, sharp and colorful; music is fantastic, not annoying and matches the game’s atmosphere.

It’s up to you to decide whether this game is challenging or not, but we think both hardcore players and newbies will be satisfied with the level of difficulty. Puzzles require a lot of brainwork which is great, it’s a busy game with lots of tasks and different modes. The jump map and hint button are the nice and very helpful additions.
