Medieval Engineers
The crafting Middle-Age open-world theme has a new sheriff in town called Medieval Engineers. This game was developed by Keen Software House who is well-known creators of another sandbox game named Space Engineers. The gameplay is emphasized on engineering of all sorts: you can build structures such as castles and fortresses or mechanisms aimed to destroy someone else's buildings. The seeming simplicity of the process of crafting is far more complex and leans towards structural integrity. Unbalanced constructions consisted of disproportionated wood and stone will not do well and collapse in a very astonishing way. Siege engines are an everlasting threat for in-game architect masterpieces. As their name suggests, they were built to breach the walls letting the opposite force in. Though the game itself doesn't promote massacre, players can go rogue and eliminate each other with falchions. Instead, Medieval Engineers is all about creativity in terms of creating astonishing structures using 15th-century technology and finding a clever way to siege it with the same mechanics.
