In each level, you face а wide variety of puzzles that are rather simple, though. Nevertheless, it clear that the developers try to reform their product that is why most of the riddles are surprisingly well done.

Be careful with random clicking as penal system is notable for its severity! Too many useless clicks make your mouse pointer spiral for a few seconds. Besides your hint juice, which is always seen at the screen will drain, immediately. Mind that this magic liquid slowly replenishes but can be indispensable along by finding things and realizing purposes.

The nice clear graphics show the game in the best advantage, making it much more pleasant and preferable among other similar issues. Cassandra’s Journey 2: The Fifth Sun of Nostradamus gives a chance to revisit one or another minigame you like from the main menu. Still it was not able to overcome some flaws such as a small problem with the mouse pointer. There are cases when you spot an item, it is attached to the cursor and then you drag it to where you need and have to click again.

Certainly, it is far from being a yardstick by which the hidden object genre should measure itself. Overall, it deserves a lot of good words as there is nothing annoying, frustrating or boring. On the contrary, the game has nice clues, an intriguing storyline and variety things to do. Have fun!
