Beyond the Unknown: A Matter of Time Collector's Edition

First of all this installment has new way of storytelling – in case you were expecting some horror or fantasy storyline. The developers decided to involve supernatural aspects which somehow made the game look more realistic. But unfortunately even this fresh touch didn’t help them make anything unique. Plus the plot is developing very slow. Briefly, in this game you get to explore the mysterious island where your grandpa got lost many years ago while searching for some Golden Sarcophagus. Will you be lucky enough to find this archipelago and save your grandpa? Hopefully you find the answer to this and other questions when you get to the end of this adventure.

Gameplay is kind of slow as well. There’s a bunch of tasks to do and it takes a lot of time, then you have to talk to many characters and it’s also kinda useless and doesn’t bring anything exciting to the gameplay. Almost all hidden object scenes are simple and have nothing innovative and refreshing. But you can switch to your favorite match-3 games mode anytime. All in all this free downloadable game has taken us about 5 hours to finish together with a bonus chapter. The visual and audio side of this game are not much impressive, but okay for a game like this. Graphics are a little blurry and not colorful. Soundtrack is average and the cutscenes are standard.

Don’t pick it if you’re a hardcore gamer looking for one of the best games for pc/mac. If you are looking for a simple game to download then Beyond the Unknown: A Matter of Time will be a good choice and you’ll like it.
