My Tribe is a combination of the Sims and Civilization. The game has a pleasant and simple storyline of adventurous people from a Utopian society starting a new life.

You have the wave of the village sim and the number of islands you can inhabit is staggering (numbering in the billions). Once you select your desired home you’ll use your mouse to have your tribespersons plant flowers, collect resources like food, wood and rock. Each island also comes with three of the game’s eight mysterious objects for you to solve.

My Tribe is very easy to navigate due to the clear options available to the player on the screen. You can easily switch from character to character, choose different activities to perform and interaction of your tribes people is easier through a click and drag motion.

My Tribe carries on after you turn off your PC, so some of the events on the island will continue to play out and will require your attention when you log back on. If you start playing you will find yourself coming back to it again and again, even if you don’t need to yet. You’ll set it on Fast overnight and check it nervously in the morning to see if your Lunar Tower has finished.
